kim devosSince September of 2000, I have proudly called Cypressbrook my home. I specialize in land acquisition and disposition, office, industrial, and retail leasing for tenants and landlords.  My background in development and asset management paired with my dedication and expertise allows me to offer clients, not only a chance to learn about the market, but to obtain the best possible outcome in their transactions.  Being a born and raised Houstonian and keeping a solid footprint within the North Houston, The Woodlands, Magnolia, Conroe and Willis communities, gives me the opportunity to make sure my clients are “always in the know.”  My clientele consists of companies both large and small; including Uni-pixel Displays, Spirit of Texas Bank, Mockingbird Baby, Edko, Vista Properties, Vision Source, Quality of Life Chiropractic, Peak Potential Chiropractic, and Mark W. Todd Architects. Prior to Cypressbrook, I worked for Sunbelt Reporting & Litigation Services for nine years as an account manager, transcriptionist, and scopist.

In my free time, I enjoy devoting my time to various charitable organizations like the National MS Society, and being a sector captain for the Chevron Houston Marathon.  I am also an active member and officer in BNI-Lonestar Business Alliance and member of the CREAM Board of Directors.
